Buying a pre-owned watch can be both an exciting and stressful experience. In that sense, purchasing a watch through James at Chase Hattan was nothing but enjoyable. I‘d definitely want to check out his collection next time I’m in London.

The watch which I purchased from C+H…

The watch which I purchased from C+H arrived very quickly and was well packaged etc. Unfortunately there was a problem with the watch and some of the functions did not work. James was very helpful in rectifying this issue, he arranged return postage and repaired the watch very quickly. In total less than a week elapsed between me initially discovering the problem and the watch being returned to me fully repaired.

The watch is in very good condition- a lot better than it looked like in pictures! Communication with James & Elin was flawless. They were both very friendly and gave great advice. I’m already looking at another watch from them for my daughter and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a timepiece
