Buying a pre-owned watch can be both an exciting and stressful experience. In that sense, purchasing a watch through James at Chase Hattan was nothing but enjoyable. I‘d definitely want to check out his collection next time I’m in London.

Rolex Datejust

James responded to my messages at all the unsociable hours I asked questions. He was always happy to help me with queries. He sent videos prior to purchase as too far for me to travel and look myself, and upon receiving the watch it’s exactly as described, nothing hidden. He posted and arranged delivery for when I asked and I’m very happy with service received and watch!

A truly amazing experience,

Having spent three years trying to secure a particular Rolex albeit without success i found Chase Hattan to my delight the exact watch in every detail was in stock i initially dealt with James then continued my journey with Elin to secure a deal, the condition of the watch was described with honesty and transparency i have been wearing with delight for now one week and can honestly say i am delighted with the watch what an amazing experience with old school customer care, Thank you so much to James and Elin, Tim.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Was searching on various sites for a TAG Aquaracer and there are a lot of overpriced watches in not so good condition out there, but stumbled on C-H and found not only exactly what I was looking for, but also one in great condition and a good price. Service and comms were exemplary and James couldn’t have been more helpful. Delivery was next day and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely buy from again and have no hesitation in recommending C-H. Thank you.
