Buying a pre-owned watch can be both an exciting and stressful experience. In that sense, purchasing a watch through James at Chase Hattan was nothing but enjoyable. I‘d definitely want to check out his collection next time I’m in London.

Just bought my first watch of the year

Just bought my first watch of the year, an Omega chronometer electronic, great looking 1970’s watch, great service as usual from the gents from Chase Hatton, deposit paid and picked up the watch a few days later. Thanks again.

All in all a great experience

All in all a great experience. James was responsive, pleasant, and quick. This was my first transatlantic watch purchase, so I was a bit hesitant. He shipped it on a Tuesday and the piece arrived the next day! Unfortunately there was a regulation issue with the movement that developed in shipping, but James was great at problem solving. A quick back and forth across the Atlantic and the vintage Omega is back on my wrist, keeping perfect time. I’ll absolutely purchase from Chase Hattan again.

First time fancy watch

As a first time buyer of a beautiful timepiece, this was a really emotional, sentimental purchase for me. I had done my research and knew what I wanted. James and Elin have been very helpful. Buying a Rolex was a big purchase for me but they were both incredibly patient in terms of fielding an assortment of questions ! They also give you the confidence of genuine support should anything go wrong with your special purchase.
