Number one in a field of one!
James Rowlatt is by far the best representative in this field I have ever come across. Not only is his knowledge of watches second to none but his customer service is genuine, heartfelt and very proactive. I’ll definitely be buying from James again in the future. I’d have given a 10 rating but the star ranking system only goes up to 5.

Great experiance and excellent value
I recently bought a watch from Chase Hattan and dealt with Elin who was a breath of fresh air. He told me everything I needed to know and sent across some videos of the time piece, maintaining contact and making the whole experiance very enjoyable. The watch itself was in great condition and I couldn't be happier with it
