Having had many dealings with Charters as a contractor, I can genuinely say that they are top of their game. Response time, communications, professionalism, are second to none. A big shout out to Adam, Laura, and the rest of the fantastic maintenance team, who never let me down. 10/10

We have been dealing with Jack with our end of tenancy and helping us move. He’s been absolutely fantastic. From the start he’s shown care, compassion and done exactly as he said he would for us and all involved (landlords and new tenants included). Our situation is very delicate and complex and he took it entirely in his stride and has worked with us brilliantly. We have been so at ease in what could have been an extremely stressful situation. It’s the one aspect we feel no stress with and it’s thanks to him. Jack is approachable and friendly, he does a fantastic job and is a credit to the agency and the Havant branch. I have found his manner very helpful, patient, and professional, leading to a successful offer on a property being made today. Excellent Service from Georgia Spencer Had an issue with our toilet in our rental property and called Charters—Georgia Spencer answered and was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. She acted quickly and kept us updated throughout. Really appreciated her support!

We deal with Charters as an approved contractor and find them very easy to work with. Laura Hayward is one of our main contacts and she is always professional, polite and extremely helpful throughout the whole process from obtaining quotes to authorising works to go ahead, keeping us updated with landlords and tenants requirements. Claire Goulding in accounts is very supportive and prompt in sorting invoicing payments or queries. A pleasure to work with and we look forward to working together in future.
