Jack at the Havant branch - absolutely brilliant
We have been dealing with Jack with our end of tenancy and helping us move. He’s been absolutely fantastic. From the start he’s shown care, compassion and done exactly as he said he would for us and all involved (landlords and new tenants included). Our situation is very delicate and complex and he took it entirely in his stride and has worked with us brilliantly. We have been so at ease in what could have been an extremely stressful situation. It’s the one aspect we feel no stress with and it’s thanks to him. Jack is approachable and friendly, he does a fantastic job and is a credit to the agency and the Havant branch.
