Phoned the Dundrum store and asked Jordan about cruise holidays. She asked what I was looking for and travel dates and said she would email be back options. Within 10 mins was back to me with exactly what I asked for so I booked it over the phone. Excellent service and very polite well done Jordan.

This is my fifth time booking holidays with Cassidy travel.Initially I had some problems booking it.When I tried to call back the day after calling to your shop in Dundrum I found it very difficult to get through. I also had a problem with the information given to me.perhaps that was due to a misunderstanding. When I got through to the shop I asked if Dylan would deal with the booking which he did.I have dealt with him twice previously and I found him very professional,helpful and friendly.which he was again this time .That is the reason I give you 5 stars.
