Phoned the Dundrum store and asked Jordan about cruise holidays. She asked what I was looking for and travel dates and said she would email be back options. Within 10 mins was back to me with exactly what I asked for so I booked it over the phone. Excellent service and very polite well done Jordan.

Great service, a real gem
Can’t praise Lisa Walsh (Swords), so helpful, and clarified things for us. I normally book online, but due to an issue with my card max spend, I had to call into Swords. Definitely going back to booking my holidays through Cassidys Swords and will ensure to book with Lisa.
