Phoned the Dundrum store and asked Jordan about cruise holidays. She asked what I was looking for and travel dates and said she would email be back options. Within 10 mins was back to me with exactly what I asked for so I booked it over the phone. Excellent service and very polite well done Jordan.

First time in years using a travel agent
I haven’t booked a holiday in years through a travel agent. This year I called into the blanchardstown shop and was helped by Linda McGill and she was brilliant and so helpful, full of information on all places she suggested. Holiday booked there and then and she made it effortless . Great experience

Booking for Christmas Markets: Naomi was very helpful, suggesting a hotel which would be central for our stay. She made contact by email and by phone and took the booking without any issues over the phone. She was courteous, helpful and friendly. Very pleased with my experience with Cassidy Travel.
