These guys were good. Was able to change my reservation and get something cheaper with no problems. Car was ready and waiting when I got there!

Really disappointed with the service last 2 times. As long as you dont call or you dont expect any service request its ok. It's a booking platform with no real customer service or ability handle any change requests

I rented a car for a week in Italy in Oct 19 from Venice airport. I was upgrades a level and the whole rental was hassle free, I would use them again for sure.

First, if you are renting in Portugal - DO NOT use Drive & Go - the scammers charged my credit card for my security deposit back in August and have failed to return it - FRAUD & THEFT Second, Carrentals.co.uk have proven particularly pathetic in their assistance and support and still have the thieving weasels at Drive & Go on their website.

A very cheap and problem free booking

Rented a car through this site October 2019. The car was to be an Opel Corsa or similar and the supplier Alamo shown on the website as "Best supplier on the list" and "a little extra luxury". When I arrived I found out that Alamo does not have its own desk or cars at Heraklion Airport so I was directed to the Enterprise desk who supplied me with an old model Nissan Micro with 60,000K plus Kms and I was just too tired to argue. I just think if you advertise a supplier as "best on the list" and "a little extra luxury" then they should at the very least have their own desk and nearly new vehicles.
