Very easy! saved so much Time...

Too important a decision to leave to these people... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE... They mess up, you suffer and pay. Request an 'address change' form... You won't get it because they already have your money... Have an apartment #... Cross your fingers that they will put it down. My tags floated around the apartment complex because they didn't list my apartment #. Try eTags or keep your fingers crossed if you use this joke of a website.

I see that you do allow the ability to change address on the website, that is awesome! I would love to see more changes to be allowed on the website as opposed to going to the DMV for those changes. Like to update the address for the cars registration.

Honestly, I find it absurd that you charge 5 dollars for an email. The site worked fine though, it was intuitive and easy.

Difficult for this seventy year old. But after several days of tries I finally got it through today. The length of vin and other numbers were difficult for me to see. So I'm sure my many tries were connected to this problem. Also I'm disappointed your revewal notice states Renew via internet or telephone????? I called and they don;t take payments over the phone. Every business payment I make over the phone. thanks for asking
