This website is trash
I paid for my registration it knowing I needed to get my car smoged and instead of notifying me of this you just took my money and said ill get my tags when I show proof of smog. If I would have known this I would have used my money to smog it first. You need to fix your system and I would recommend people to use anything but this flawed useless sight

It should be stated that there will…
It should be stated that there will additional charges of $38.86 included to do the online processing. What is the difference between a service fee and a connivence fee and why if I paid for shipping in my $200. fee do I have to pay it again for $2.99 when postage is only .60 cents. What a ripe off for the average consumer that is on a budget and pressed for time in their life to get things done in a timely matter. Thanks, for noting extra.

Really - get a grip on. your fees
Really, a processing fee of $29.00, and unbelievable shippings prices, with a comment for first class no guarantee. How popular do this is going to be? Or is your goal to gouge the person who prefers online renewal. Which cuts down on the staff assistance. We all know there is no processing fee for walk in, just the inconvenience of a long line however we can make an appointment. Rethink your fees what do you think the average income or lower income can afford this.
