i don't understand why it says "NO GUARANTEE DELIVERY" i'm paying 2.99 for a maybe? You guys should put a "more info" tab to explain. I can't drive around with expired tags. It took me a whole 30 mins when it should have taken 15 mins to make this online payment. I do see how convenient it can be. Just word stuff differently.

PHONE SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE

No communication whatsoever from you. No registration, no emails just a note from my credit card company that you charged my account. Horrible service. The company responded to my review below to make it look like they are responsive but didn't respond to my email inquiries for 2 days. For the amount of money they charge one would expect way better service. They say they sent me an email with my registration, but they did not. I got other emails from them indicating that my order was received (and my credit card charged) but somehow the email with the actual registration did not come through? Hard to believe. I would think twice about using this very expensive service. They have terrible customer service and very very poor communication. As bad as the DMV is to deal with, they seem awesome as compared to this lame service.

The process is straight forward, but the increase in fees is ridiculous!! The service fee is $29.99, which no other entity charges that much. Then there is an added Convenience Fee for $6.99. What is this? Both a service fee AND a convenience fee?!?!? And on top of that there is a $2.99 fee for "Shipping" which must mean to send a first class envelope with the registration stickers. This is criminal. I have had some sympathy for the DMV before but not any longer.

I just used the web site for my renewal. Loved the ease in placing the order online. Now Ill wait for my renewal tags thank you
