Everything went smooth with renewing my registration until I got to the section where I had to pay. I had a hard time figuring out why my payment wasn’t being accepted literally going back and forth for about 15 minutes looking for the errors. So finally I changed the e-mail option to next day delivery and all of a sudden it magically worked. This company just wants people to spend extra money that’s all next time I’ll just go into the DMV at least I’ve adjusted to them taking my money smh.

Great, except why do I have to pay $5 for an email copy and *also* pay for a shipment? I only need one and can print from the email.

Thank you for being more competent than the DMV DMV site was unable to perform a simple registration payment. Sad that I had to use an external site.

It should be zero star for charging me a second time because the first registration didn’t make it to my residence! Thieves!!

I mean easy to use, but they try to make you upgrade the mailing part by saying it's not guaranteed to arrive in the mail. But DMV documents are government issued so of course they will arrive in the mail. What a stupid thing to say. Greedy pigs

Your website is convenient and easy, HOWEVER I feel that you raising my fee by $50 just so I don't have to wait in a 2hr line is ridiculous. As if $400 for registration isn't bad enough.

Why are you charging me fees to pay a tax? You guys are worthless just like the rest of the state agencies. Go home and rethink your life; most people don’t care about anybody that works at the dmv anyway. You all should think about solving our problems. I mean come on; you can’t even get your website to work.
