Fantastic. Was so easy to put together simple clear instructions went on perfectly. I had some pieces missing I found the email easily, I contacted them, they was really helpful and sent me the missing parts straight out. Thank you so much would highly recommend these guys!

Order a bike rack. There was no confirmation that the item was even dispatched in the time frame stated. I tried to email 4 times, the phone line is invalid. I then got an email weeks later saying it was with a neighbour, no one on my street has accepted a parcel like this. Had to claim my money back. If ordering from here do so on a credit card! Not sure if the company actually exists.

Ordered some roof bars for a trip 14 days before needing it. Website offered either next day or 3-4 day delivery. I went for the 1-2day. however, this has not arrived in the 2 days or even a week later , this is now been cancelled and I have ordered from a different company. I emailed through the website to chase it and got no reply. Checked out the reviews and saw they are terrible at responding and thought 'here we go' it's a sham company. Conclusion Do not order from this company. The website is deliberately deceiving regarding the delivery. I do not recommend them stay away from them.

We ordered Stand up Paddleboard at just over £200 but the item never arrived. The phone number on the website was invalid and unobtainable and no one replied to our emails. This company trades as Micks Garage, Carracks Uk and Crean Solutions. None of which are reachable by phone or email. Luckily we purchased through PayPal, who eventually refunded us

Hi Bought a paddle board from carracks made a payment got a invoice and pretty much it then 4 days later my item arrived so bought item on 24 06 25 received it on28 06 25 All good However the phone number doesn’t work if you try to ring them And no tracking information or when the item was sent out I didn’t get any of that In a summary I received an item on time undamaged in perfect condition Thank you

Paid for expedited 48 hour delivery and it took 3 weeks to arrive. No communication from seller at all. All emails to them both direct and through PayPal ignored. Quality of rack is so so at best and the fit poor. I'd like to return the rack but I don't know how as they ignore all emails. They now write to me asking me to review so I am. My advice is avoid this company. I only give 2 stars as it did eventually turn up.

Dreadful. Paid for express service and after 10days of no arrival I attempted, like so many others, to contact this company with no joy. Numbers do not work. Emails bounce back. Website enquiry form not returned. They took nearly £700 and never had the item. Eventually proceeded through fraud claim with my bank. Got my money back. Read the reviews. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a set of Nordrive Silenzio Black Alu roof racks for a Renault Symbioz a month or so ago. I ordered from Car Racks because they were they only company that offered decently priced roof bars for this vehicle, which is new on the market. I panicked a bit when I read the reviews, only after I placed the order, and when they had not arrived within the week promised, I contacted them via email. On each occasion I emailed I received a response within a day or two. I had to do a bit of chasing up every few days but eventually the roof bars arrived, 3 days before our planned trip. They were exactly as ordered, just took a bit long to arrive, so happy camper in the end.
