Foteliki dziecięce zarezerwowane online okazały się niedostępne na miejscu. Na szczęście obsługa była uprzejma i pomocna i udało się otrzymać zwrot kosztów, ale musieliśmy szukać na ostatnią chwilę innej wypożyczalni.

Brałem samochód od Państwa dwa razy, raz w lutym tego roku i drugi raz w czerwcu w tym roku. Dwa razy Toyota Corolla, w lutym dostałem nówke z 700km przebiegu, teraz dostałem z 20k około. Samochody fajne, zadbane. Proces rezerwacji i odbioru bez komplikacji. Zawsze biorę pakiet dodatkowego ubezpieczenia, aby nie było niepotrzebnego problemu podczas zdawania i bez zarzutów. Samochody nowe, kaucja na koncie spowrotem po 4 dniach, ceny bezkonkurencyjne. Polecam, ale tylko z wykupieniem ubezpieczenia i ewentualnego pakietu czyszczenia. Nigdy nie miałem problemów w Opolu i być może skorzystam też kolejnym razem z usług tej wypożyczalni.
Nowy samochód w dobrym stanie techniczym, bardzo miła obsługa. Łatwy kontakt, szybki i łatwy odbiór i zwrot samochodu i dobre ceny. Polecam.

Polecam wypożyczalnie w Gdańsku na lotnisku. Przystępne ceny. Obsługa pierwsza klasa ,bardzo miły pan Łukasz ,bez żadnych zastrzen, wszystko szybko załatwione,auto bardzo nowe czyste.zwrot depozytu bardzo szybko. infolinia bardzo pomocna. Bardzo polecam.

Uwaga - naciąganie na dodatkowe koszty. Dostałem auto wielokrotnie obite. Podczas wynajmu zarysowałem kosmetycznie zderzak ( jedna rysa od drzwi garażowych, bez wgniecenia ) i mimo że zderzak miał większe wcześniejsze uszkodzenia dostałem fakturę na 1476,00 PLN (!) Firma nie naprawia takich uszkodzeń tylko na nich zarabia. Na moją reklamacje niewiele obniżono fakturę i zwrócono uwagę, że przecież podpisałem regulamin....Także warto go czytać dokładnie i w całości.

We were renting car from Wroclaw airport. We were delayed by taking covid test, but called desk to inform about that, no problem. Everything was as expected except no paperwork was given to us, just keys and car documents. All received later by email. Car was almost new, nice condition. We returned car to airport with no check out on car condition by Car Net staff what was a little surprise. It might be a full cover insurance as explanation for that. Happy overall.

don't rent a car from them, you will be disappointed! I rented a car from them few weeks ago and I lost my money, time and patience. They overcharged me for service which was not provided and they let me wait for the car more than an hour. after all none of the staff wanted to take responsibility or at least try to solve the problem. That was the office in Katowice, however I also talk with another women from Kalisz so it looks like all company is incompetent and arrogant. they rent a cars through their website and then you will find out that you getting a car from another company from the airport - but they still charge you all the additional cost which are added if the car is coming from town. forget if you want to complain. Person who deal with customer compliances has no idea about the meaning of words she/he used. AVOID! If you looking for easy going journey this is not the rental you want to have.

Super Autovermietung Fahrzeug stand bereit am Flughafen sauber sehr neuwertig hatte zuerst 2000 km gelaufen. Abgabe auch ohne Problem. Immer wieder.

Worst car service I have ever tried. The flight was late and I arrived at the desk at 10.05 pm. The operator said that I had to pay 30 euros for the night fee because at 10 pm the office closes. When I said that I was late because of the flight and there was no info about extra fees when I booked the car, he replied: “If you don’t agree I can close and go home!”. The most aggressive and rude sales person I met!

I Needed to get an extension for a rental due to border shutdown. Also needed to drop car off at different location. After discussing unique situation Car Net waived the drop off fee and reduced the daily price because of the coronavirus and border shutdown. Originally rented through rentalcars.com and am working to update that review since I submitted it before second set of discussions with Car Net.
