Like many of the other reviews, we experienced the same negative experience. We returned the car to WAW airport, and could not find any employee to sign the car in. So we parked it in a carnet spot. We then received a mysterious "invoice" for "damages". Equally suspicious, the invoice was the exact amount of the damage deposit. Hmmm. All documentation is in Polish so we've no idea what's the story. We have requested (4 times so far), supporting documentation (photos, repair invoice, etc), but have had no reply at all after 10 days. We'll be making a claim on our CC for fraudulent charges, pending backup documentation. I certainly cannot recommend this company.

Update June 29 - I checked your contract. Unfortunately it is ENTIRELY in POLISH, so I would have no idea what I am looking at. You really need to provide your contract in English so people understand the contract terms. As such, it is likely that any claim you may make against us is unreasonable as we were not provide an English set of conditions. I will send an email to the address you have provided, but remember that we need FULL documentation (pictures, repair receipt, etc), to prove this is a legitimate claim.
In the meantime, I will take you promise to fix this problem seriously and will upgrade you to a provisional 2 stars.

I can assure you we received ONLY the Polish version. This was sent to us my email, so i can provide you a copy if you wish.
Please understand that the priority now is to send us the required documents or refund our money.
Update 12.07.22
After the initial response the company and our response to them, we pointed out that the before and after pictures are the same, therefore damages appear to be pre-existing. We have not yet seen a refund for this amount. They keep referring to an English document, but during the rental we never saw this document, so are unaware of any stipulations or restrictions. We have given the company a further 2 days to respond, and then will proceed with a CC claim for refund.
Update July 27.
Nothing has changed. The company has not responded to any further communication. We have also contacted the booking agent rentalcars.com whom have also failed to respond.
Wish I could give them all a ZERO.
