Car Giant - London's largest used car dealership is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.

Amir was friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience.
The experience has been great. Amir in particular has been very helpful
Only now, when my negative review of Cargiant is on a public forum, has Cargiant shown any interest /requested information from me. They had a month during which to be reasonable and do the right thing, but they chose to do the opposite. Their new public display of concern is like two bald men fighting over a comb: pointless and laughable.
Amir was great. Amazing help
Amir did a fantastic job. Really treated me with respect and gave full attention to all my queries. An asset to the company.
Amir was really helpful, great customer service.
Amir was great at explaining the process and made the process so easy for us. Very polite and helpful person.
Amit was Very helpful with all aspects today
I bought a mercedes GLA 3-4 months ago, before i had even left the car giant premises a tyre puncture sensor had gone off - they fixed it on the premises and told me it was just the sensor and i had nothing to worry about. I gave them benefit of doubt and drove home. About 3 months later i got a restraint malfunction warning, car giant advised to take it to closest garage to get a diagnosis and quote. Once the quote was sent over, car giant are claiming the quote is too high and they are "speaking" to the garage who did the diagnosis. My gut feel is that i have been sold a faulty car and car giant are trying to push me out of the 6months warranty period so they can wash their hands off of me. I don't believe they do thorough checks on their cars as they used to and hope that you don't come back to them with any issues. I told them i don't want the car any more and they have told me i am out of 30day refund period so can no longer reject the car - however, this car is faulty and within 3-4 months needs over £1000 worth of fixes to it - don't trust them any more.
