Firstly, this is the worst car dealership you can visit, if you wanted to be treated life livestock than this is place for you. Not only that they lie. I mean straight to your face. We bought a car for our son and drove 2 hours only to be told that the car cannot be released as it has puncture, and the workshop is closed. So we had to go back and pick it up next day. We told them that it was a long journey for us and they said there is nothing they can do. Only to be told the next day that after further investigation there was no puncture. Never ever will I buy or recommend CarGiant to anyone. I have bought couple of cars from them and last one was years ago and we thought that the service surely must have improved, but no its worst. To a point that there were so many disgruntled people shouting and the staff is absolutely appalling, patronising and intimidating. DO NOT USE CARGIANT if you value your time and money and self esteem!
