    I went to Car giant today as I wanted…

    I went to Car giant today as I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. My experience in dealing with the sales rep was absolutely outstanding. She made the experience a fun one, also whilst doing a test drive, it was very easy to talk to her. Her customer Service was absolutely outstanding. She also did her utmost best, to try upsell your warranty as well as getting the car cleaned outside with that product/service That you do, Her Customer Service was absolutely brilliant and appreciated and she ensured that I understood everything she was saying. In a world were Customer Service is no longer as it used to be, I did appreciate her. Customer Service is the life blood of any company or organisation And having someone represent your company in that professional manner is great to see and she is an asset to you. My only disappointing thing is that the car was absolutely dirty and I was not pleased that they wanted me to take the car like that, but she did her best to turn things around. Thank you To her, especially.

    PITA was amazing

    PITA was amazing, the car I had chosen was too high, she showed me 2 cheaper car, within my price range. Super service. Fiance got me a cheap interest rate too. Super happy

    They will lie in order to save a few pounds

    I bought a car with them Feb 2024. Everything was ok, sure you go there they will try to sell you the impossible, but whatever I said no a few times, repeated it again and that was it. When I collected the car the person at the desk filled a form for me, then gave me a green slip, a folder and the keys and I was on my way. After a couple of months I had not received the v5c so I got in touch and they told me that from their side they had done everything correctly and I had to get in touch with dvla. Hours on the phone only to be told that I had to request another one for £25. Not sure how I was in the wrong there, but I was of course left to foot the bill. Before I could do that, my neighbour brought me a letter that was delivered to them with my name and their number. So I discovered that I got a fine months before, got delivered to the wrong address (because the address was wrongly written on the form sent from cargiant to dvla). Because of this my fine was now 3 TIMES as much. I was furious, I got on the phone with car giant and I got told that I had filled the form instead (false) and put the wrong address (for the first time in my life) and that I had to provide the form as proof that the handwriting was theirs (how on earth would they do it) and so was told it wasn’t their fault and I had to pay for everything. This highlights the value of intelligent customer care, when someone in that department think they are saving the company a few quids, while instead they are losing you a customer for life. I spent other hours on the phone, paid all the bills and I will never ever set foot in a cargiant store ever again and will make sure that everyone I know does the same. Edit: 14/10/20204 I responded to their request for details on the same day (19/09) but as of now no one has actually got in touch, not even to acknowledge my email. So these responses are just for show.

    Quick and efficient service

    Quick and efficient service from Koral. Booked in to view a vehicle and was served right away. Test drive was arranged immediately followed by placing a deposit. Overall process was smooth and friendly.

    It was awful

    It was awful, I was waiting around so much, getting passed from pillar to post. I felt like I had cheesy car salesmen everytime telling me what I wanted to hear. Car was dirty and unprepared when I came to view it and apparently this is there ‘proceedure’ which really let it down. I was really delayed and couldn’t wait to get out of the horrible building with my car, it was like a hospital.

    Smooth and efficient service

    Smooth and efficient service - all very convenient - just what we wanted. On the downside, it doesn't feel very personal considering you're spending a lot of money and there aren't any facilities nearby (e.g. cafe etc.) to go and think about your decision.

    Never again will I buy from here

    Big issue is for sales person to show more or at the very least some interest in their customers! They don’t care anything for them, all they want is their money. Personally had I been there when my husband bought the car I’d have told them where to stick it! It came with just 1 key, no drivers manual (2 ye old car- really) no viewing of the log book so we have no idea how many owners! I will definitely not be recommending CarGiant to anyone and will definitely not buy a car from there again.

    Car was not ready to collect at 11am on…

    Car was not ready to collect at 11am on the Wednesday after I gave the Tuesday to Cargiant to sort out the Post Office Road tax payment. After sales team were not helpful when I called regarding a malfunction in the car - less than 12 days after I got the car. Nothing positive here to report
