Was served by edrian and from start to finish was excellent. Viewed the car, test drove it and bought the car. Hardly any waiting time at all and bought both warranty and the supagard with no pressure or hard selling, great salesman who knows how to listen and personalise everything he was offering to me without the usual ‘salesman’ approach, very relaxed and friendly person.

Avoid this dealership. I bought a car from them in March, and within just one week, during a routine service at an independent garage, a serious issue was discovered: a faulty shock absorber that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. This wasn’t a minor fault this was a critical safety issue that could have caused a major accident, especially at motorway speeds. They did agree to cover the initial repair, but when further related issues were found (stemming from the same problem), they completely walked away from any responsibility. No accountability, no follow-up, just denial. Looking back, I now understand why they were so eager to push for a 5-star review immediately after the sale. It’s clear to me that customer safety and long-term satisfaction are not their priority just the sale and the appearance of good service. Think twice before buying from them. If something goes wrong, you may be left to deal with it on your own, regardless of how serious it is.
