I brought my car end of December and I’ve had nothing but trouble ever since The brakes were close to seizing up to the point Halfords was not going to let me drive away And now it’s broken down again and it’s only 5 months old They won’t take the car back now and customer services was not great stay away at all costs I have been in contact with yourselves no response to my email the hole thing just seems to be a con once you’ve got my money I’m now 2 weeks down the line still no car no money and can’t work

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Focus ST from Cargiant, but my excitement was short-lived. Within a week of owning the car, I discovered that the driver's side rear door wouldn't lock. I was extremely disappointed, especially considering the car's relatively new ownership. Cargiant recommended taking the car to a VAT-registered mechanic for a diagnostic check. The mechanic's findings were concerning: not only was the rear lock faulty, but the grill was also damaged and potentially posed future issues. This meant I'd need to replace both parts. My experience with Cargiant has been underwhelming so far. Given the issues I've encountered, I'm questioning the quality of the car and the sales process. I'll be keeping a close eye on how Cargiant responds to these issues and whether they can provide a satisfactory resolution.
Enquired about a car looking for a quick purchase. I live 90 minutes away from the dealership so asked if there were any scratches or blemishes, as well as a walk around of the car, both fairly basic asks. Was told these weren’t possible and they could not tell me about the state of the car unless I come for a viewing. Clearly customer service is not a priority.
All staff were friendly and helpful. Arian was very thorough in his explanation when going through the purchasing process once we selected a vehicle. Buying the vehicle was relatively quick and drove away same day after part exchanging.

Boiler not responding when button is pressed to heat water and for central heating both not working, appointment was made on 23/05/25 for BTU Engineer to turn up as emergency call out, BTU engineer called me to say he won't be able to come due to camley street NW1 blocked off so the job was cancelled on that day and BTU engineer rescheduled the appointment to 27/05/25 but on that day my family time was wasted and waited all though the day with no luck and no explanation which engineer did not turn up,I am very disappointed with BTU ENGINEER service
Very impressed with my experience at Car Giant in Harlesden! Tiane (? Sorry if spelling isn't correct) was superb and made us feel at ease and answered all our questions, broke down the info and had great banter with us too! She let us take our time looking at the cars we had selected to look at and let us have a small test drive to make sure we were happy with our selected model! Thank you again so much Tiane and the Car Giant team! Give that girl a raise!
