Buyer beware, all money paid before you get near your purchase. Sellers have huge advantage, check reviews. My experience was 14th June 2023 but feel I should make others aware.

Car was sold at desired price and all procedure went super smooth. Received funds much quicker than expected. I will definately place for auction other cars as well.

Terrific auction site, purchased two cars through them this year. One went to Ireland and the other to my home in Pennsylvania. My interactions were with Ian MacRae, who would actually take the time to phone me to answer any questions that I had. I was really impressed by how he dealt with an issue that came up with another vehicle that I was in the process of buying, incredible level of communication phone/email

all in all was fine, communication when it came to the write up was not so good, i sent a word document that i think did not manage to go onto the advert, why i have no idea, i think that would have helped the sale, i did say, also the photos i send for me did not go on to the ad for me in the correct order, but i could be wrong.apart from that Richard Day communicated very well and we sold the car. thank you

The step to step approach is very good implemented except the handover. If a third party company pick up the car the trubble begins - calling calling calling and explaining what person have to do first before the car can handover - but finally the support of the UK people helped to fix the buyers unknown part.
