This is the first time that we have used Cameron Estate Agents and, compared with his competitors, Ketan Tailor's presentation of his business and himself was entirely professional. He is a natural communicator with a warm sense of humour and if early results are anything to go by, the indications are that we chose well.
The agents were very quick, helpful and responsive to both questions and with the application process. The process was very smooth and easy with their guidance. Would definitely recommend.

The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful — just as they were with my first rental. If you want poor service this is the estates agents for you!! The sale manager Ahmad was very unhelpful, rude and pushy, if I could give a zero star I would of and completely waisted our time! Be warned!
This agency is not trust worthy, you make a contract with them and sign inventory, now when try to contact them back with regards to issues such as house cleaning mouldy walls, there response will being, “deal with it” not literally but they will not make any effort to help you further, the agents in west Drayton branch are the worst, yes they will frustrate you to your limits! And most of the time landlords gang up with them to snitch money out of your deposit in the end. Typical pathetic mindset of the landlord agent “couple” !!
Our landlord decided to sale a flat which we currently renting so we choose local agents - Cameron - West Drayton to try and find new place. From first steps in we felt most welcomed. Ketan Tailor was managing our case - quick questionnaire to get to know our preferences etc and within my first visit he managed to confirm first viewing for us followed by two more in next three days. During that time we were well informed about all aspects of renting and referencing check process. So with that in mind and new place sorted now we want to say Cameron crew are superb to work with, professional guys, efficiency and communication at top level. Very poor service. Was not phoned back for over a week, finally managed to book a viewing and then day before I was told that someone else took the property and my appointment was cancelled. I have been waiting for over a week to sort this with them and not once did they mention any holding fees! Will not be contacting them again.
The worst estate agents I've dealt with. These guys are pushy and shady, they forward your information on to other companies and services who in turn contact you. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of data mining going on here, this company is more concerned about your details than their properties. They will message you 5/6 times to get information from you, but in turn - aren't forward about giving information about the property.
Unfortunately they prove all the stereotypes about estate agents absolutely correct, wouldn't feel comfortable doing anything with Cameron.
Worst experience ever when renting a house. Not at all trustworthy
Worst experience ever.
We arrived into a house that was dirty and a we just got a cleaning lady during one morning so no professional cleaning.
The house had holes in the walls because they had removed all TVs (that were supposed to stay!) and they were painting and dirt on the wall as well. In the toilet we had some dirty towels that we ask Cameron's permission to dispose and they say yes. On the freezer we had one drawer broken when we arrived.
We took all of that the best we could. But the worst came when we had to live. they tried by all means to charge us 1000 GBP for the holes, the drawer, painting dirty and even for the towels, saying that they had disappeared (thank god we had the agreement to dispose them by email!). They even said that as we left and extra mirror in one room, they were going to charge us for removing as it was not there before (it was crazy!!!!).
In the end we ended up paying 300 for a professional cleaner after weeks of long emails because we could not fight anymore. Of course that was not right as we never had one!
On top all of that, one of us forgot to stop the direct payment for the housing and Cameron Estate Agents say that they would only return the money if we would pay an extra 50 for the inconvenience. We had then to pay it. MAD!
