No change can been seen. The product smells bad, like it’s slightly off. Very expensive for smelly stuff that doesn’t do anything. The smell leads you to wonder from what it’s made from.

They make it next to impossible to do a return
I have tried and tried to get my return done and all I get are hoops. They purposely make it difficult to even find where to do a return and put a lot of strictures on it.I got my request sent in finally 5 days ago and they still haven't sent me the label. Their responses are slow and don't give you what you need, and it drags on and on. I am calling my bank today. Too bad, because that was for one product, but I like the Recovery Night Complex a great deal. Calecim, Customer Service is everything. You have a huge amount of room for improvement here.

Loving my calecim products
Loving my calecim products. Noticing more firmness slight plumpness from the multi action cream, have used the professional serum for micro needling once and definitely sped up the healing. Only one month into using these, but I plan on continuing for life.

Aside from the fact that their products are excellent, their customer service is astounding. The recently advertised a free product with any purchase- when my purchase arrived, it came with the promised free item, but also samples of four others! It all arrived quickly and with a free pouch as well
