No change can been seen. The product smells bad, like it’s slightly off. Very expensive for smelly stuff that doesn’t do anything. The smell leads you to wonder from what it’s made from.

Serum turned from a cute pink to a funky yellow color. Customer Service took care of it right away
Original purchase got contaminated. Very prompt response from Calecim customer service upon posting initial review about disappointment of not getting to try the Professional Serum to the last drop. Calecim will be sending a replacement bottle. If the replacement bottle does good things for my skin, I will subscribe (much better pricing) so as not to run out between re-order as bottle is very small. Good customer service is rare these days. Very impressed with Calecim customer service, which is in fact, better than good. Outstanding, actually! Having a great product is a must, but great customer service is the only way to keep customers loyal. Thank you, Calecim customer service (Leva and Theresa) for the follow up and prompt response. Five stars for customer service. Will update on result once I've had a chance to finish the replacement bottle.

After using the Calecim Advanced Hair my Hair Loss INCREASED
After using the Calecim Advanced Hair System for 2 weeks, my hair loss has tripled. I will not use this product again. Very disappointed they say on their website they will not refund your money unless product has not been opened. If the product was actually good, and they were an honest company, they would give refunds for poor results. Sorry I wasted over $300 on this scam.

Excellent products
The Calecim products were excellent Unfortunately, it became far too expensive for me to continue using them. The rewards scheme didn't work even though it kept stating I had accumulated reward points l couldn't seem to apply it to my order. The hair regrowth serum is one of the best serums on the market. It doesn't cause any irritation to the scalp or any nasty side effects. However you do need to continue using the products because once you stop then your hair will eventually go back to its original state.

I tried you hair growth serum and 4 face products. I felt for the price, they were average. The hair growth my husband and I didn't see much for results. You asked for specifics: My husband used the hair serum for over 7 months, and the new hair growth was more like peach fuzz, and very little of it. I had 1 product of face cream sent after expiration date, had to get replacement. Had another turn color on me, way before expiration date. Yes a new one was sent, but for the cost would expect these things not to occur.
