Serum turned from a cute pink to a funky yellow color. Customer Service took care of it right away
Original purchase got contaminated. Very prompt response from Calecim customer service upon posting initial review about disappointment of not getting to try the Professional Serum to the last drop. Calecim will be sending a replacement bottle. If the replacement bottle does good things for my skin, I will subscribe (much better pricing) so as not to run out between re-order as bottle is very small. Good customer service is rare these days. Very impressed with Calecim customer service, which is in fact, better than good. Outstanding, actually! Having a great product is a must, but great customer service is the only way to keep customers loyal. Thank you, Calecim customer service (Leva and Theresa) for the follow up and prompt response. Five stars for customer service. Will update on result once I've had a chance to finish the replacement bottle.
