No change can been seen. The product smells bad, like it’s slightly off. Very expensive for smelly stuff that doesn’t do anything. The smell leads you to wonder from what it’s made from.

Bad Service
I has been using Calecim for some years and always get my products online. This time round the customer service is really very very bad. I bought 2 bundle deals online and a pigment lotion. Firstly, website stated 30ml (with their picture) SGD$118 and endup I was charged $232, when I write an email to Calecim, the customer service by the name THERESA , told me $118 is USD and after convert to SGD is around $232. And she said I bought from the US website BUT it was clearly stated SGD , how do I know whether is a SG or US website. And she said by right I cannot buy the 30ml pigment lotion but again, I bought it and was send to me and insisted nothing wrong with their website!!!! So I’m in the wrong for getting from wrong website and purchasing a product that is not suppose to be purchased but was send to me. ( I can’t attached the screen shot to this review if not I would definitely attached it) Secondly, in their website , bundle deal comes with 2 sample kits but I only received 1 sample for bundle deals online (which they also dated clearly that each main product will come with 1 sample kit) , bundle deal is 2 main products. Then Ms Theresa said she will have the fulfilment to sent me the shortage of the sample kit but after 1 week I still don’t receive the sample kit so I emailed Ms Theresa again, this time she has another story saying fulfilment dept said only come with 1 sample kit included. IT WAS CLEARLY STATED IN YOUR WEBSITE THAT BUNDLE DEAL COME WITH 2 SAMPLE KIT! ( I can’t attach photo to this review, if not everyone could clearly see it) And years of purchasing online for Calecim products, bundle deal always comes with 2 sample kits. I’m totally disappointed with the company, the customer service , the way they promise and did not fulfill, turn and twist with words, pushing blame on the client, totally disappointed. I will from now stop using and buying the product no doubt it’s a good product I must say and more important am proud that it’s a sg product but with the customer service like this, I will stop buying the product. So please consider before buying because it would cause you to waste your time disputing all this overcharged , not getting refund for what u saw on website and not getting what they stated on the website.

I am a product junky
I am a product junky! I have tried everything from all over the world. This product is the best since I discovered Botox. In fact, I have pushed back my appointment because my skin is getting smoother. It’s as if I am traveling back in time. Don’t hesitate to purchase the serum or the eye cream. Both products really work!!

Not Much So Far
So far, I have seen minimal improvements after a month and a half. I’m told by a friend that it will take many months to reverse my eye bags I’ve had since I was 42. I will give it time.

I have used three Calecim products for…
I have used three Calecim products for more than 12 weeks now, and unfortunately, they did not live up to the advertised claims. I used the Professional Serum for four weeks and completed the entire bottle. I also used the Multi-Action Cream and Eye Contour Lifting Cream for 12 weeks, finishing my second bottles. I ordered these take advantage of holiday special sale, hoping to see results—but sadly, nothing changed. These products promised 56% elastin and 83% hyaluronic acid, which led me to believe they would help with wrinkles and improve skin elasticity. However, after 12 weeks of consistent use, I see absolutely no change in my face or around my eye area. At this price point, I expected visible results, but instead, I feel I wasted my money, these products, do not deliver what the advertisements claim.
