Way Cheaper Than Expedia
I was about to book my Hawaii trip on Expedia when I decided to check with BWJ Travel. Not only did they get me a better rate, but they also threw in a $200 resort credit that I wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

I planned a surprise trip to Iceland to propose and BWJ helped arrange everything - even got us Northern Lights tours.

COMPLETE SCAM - BEWARE!! THIS IS NOT A REAL JOB OFFER, THEY WANT YOU TO PAY $97 A MONTH TO WORK FOR THEM AND CALL IT "INSURANCE" AND EVERYTHING IS NOT REFUNDABLE REFUND POLICY All membership fees are non-refundable
SCAM SCUM SCAM SCUM SCAM SCUM
Tried booking a 20-person family cruise by myself never again. Jacob's team at BWJ took over, got us a group discount, booked our private excursions and even handled the mess when one family member's passport expired.
Our honeymoon almost feel apart when our airline canceled our flight to Hawaii last minute. I called Amanda at BWJ in a panic and within 30 minutes, she rebooked everything, even getting us a free upgrade at our resort as an apology from the airline!
We booked a 10-day trip to Italy through BWJ Travel and it was the best decision ever. Sarah helped us plan everything, Rome, Florence and Venice. We had a private tour of the Vatican, an incredible wine-tasting experience in Tuscany and even a surprise gondola ride booked for my wife's birthday. Everything was seamless and we didn't have to lift a finger.
I'm a new agent at BWJ so I still need guidance in setting things up. Guidance is available but I need to be patient, because right now lots of new agents are getting set up, kids are going to spring break, and all kinds of people are making summer plans. What compelled me to write this before my first clients sign on the dotted line is, I see some would-be agents reacting to red flags in the recruiting process. I wanted to talk about the GREEN flags instead. Yes, I pay a modest fee to use BWJ's resources; but it's obvious that they invested a lot in those resources. Tonight I'm going to a meeting to review the booking process one more time before I keep tomorrow's phone appointment with my client, who wants to take 7 other people with him to Jamaica. This is so exciting and worth it. If I had bailed because of red flags I wouldn't have this opportunity. No human organization is perfect, but BWJ merits your trust.
Second trip through BWJ with Amelia, and once again, she nailed it. Highly recommend!
Complete liars And nonsense reply, the ad listed was for customer serves or data entry, NOT a travel agent. JACOB is doing this insanely long interview full of lies, nothing useful. I didnt eve stay at the end but most of the people are saying you have to pay $97 for a certification, for a job that we still don't know the real details too.
FRAUD!!!!!!!
This is an absolute scam. The company is nothing like how it was presented in the informational session. They charge a large subscription fee even after you explicitly say you wish to cancel.
One chat with her, and I felt like an expert. BWJ makes travel easy!
Booked a family reunion cruise (24 people 😅) through BWJ and their team. I expected chaos, but nope—he got all of us in connected cabins, arranged private dining, and even hooked us up with onboard credits. We had the best trip ever. Will never book a cruise on my own again.
I joined BWJ because I wanted a job that gave me freedom. I’m a mom, and I needed something flexible where I could work around my kids’ schedules. This has been perfect. Especially because Jacob had mentioned about a flexible schedule being a travel agent. I take on as many or as few clients as I want, and I can work from anywhere. Plus, the travel perks are wonderfull. I’ve been able to take my family on vacations at prices I would’ve never gotten before.
I was super nervous booking my daughter’s study abroad trip to Spain. She had never traveled alone before, so I wanted everything perfect—safe hotel, flexible flights, emergency contacts, the whole nine yards. Sarah was incredibly patient, went through ALL the options, and made sure my daughter had a direct flight and airport transfers with a verified driver. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Best part? The price was way better than what I was finding on my own. BWJ Travel is now my go-to for anything travel related
This is a scam. This person (Jacob) wasted two hours of my time in a group online interview for what turned out to be a shady money-grab. He claims to run a travel site and offers to hire everyone in the interview on the spot. To be able to work for his "agency" he charges $97 a month for "insurance" in order to start the position. He's disgusting for preying on desperate job seekers. What he's doing is illegal. He has numerous posts on Craigslist, all worded slightly differently. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I also went thru "Mark's" zoom webinar after applying for another JOB at HappyGo Travel, which I received an email delineated had "already been filled" and at first I sensed that it was an MLM, because of their usage of Calendly. I've actually BEEN a REAL travel agent for the last 25 years (in July) and I've seen lots of scams, but this guy made it look SO REAL, I almost fell for it. I decided to join the program and was going to pay $97 for the training. I've never heard of a job I had to PAY to apply for. THAT was warning light #1. Then when I tried to pay using PayPal, PayPal was not processing. I said Hmmmm. Then i went ahead and used the debit card directly and they said the transaction was declined for FRAUD. so I called my bank and they said there was nothing wrong on their end, and my account was fine. When I called BWJ they said I actually needed to use another phone number AND another debit card! THAT'S when the wheels fell of the wagon. Fortunately I was spared from actually losing money here, and once again I have YOU guys at Trustpilot to thank for that! UPDATE 1114pm 6 March My bank informed me a few hours ago that the payment to these clowns was still on "pending" status, but to call them back when it shows "posted" on my account, the sooner thereafter the better, and they would handle it. It just did and I just did, so now BWJ Travel has officially been charged with fraud. So who's calling who a fraud NOW?????
Well, I can honestly say that BWJ is NOT a scam. I misunderstood the program! You can trust this company to do business with!!!
I joined BWJ 3 months ago, and I’m already booking honeymoons, girls’ trips, and even group cruises. The training is solid, the payouts are reliable, and the support team (shoutout to Mary!) is always there when I have questions. I started this as a side hustle, but after seeing my first $2,400 check a week in, I’m seriously considering doing this full-time. If you love travel and you’re willing to put in effort, this is so worth it.
We had a destination wedding in Cancun, and BWJ Travel (through Jacob’s team) handled everything for our 40+ guests. Flights, transfers, all-inclusive resort, even setting up a group discount. Our guests kept telling us how easy it was to book with them. I cannot stress enough how much stress this saved us. If you’re planning a destination wedding—just book through BWJ. Trust me
