I planned a surprise trip to Iceland to propose and BWJ helped arrange everything - even got us Northern Lights tours.
Scam. Jacob also promised a job and didn’t provide. Don’t trust this company
I took the training seriously, followed the system, and within my first 30 days, I booked enough trips to earn a substantial amount in commissions.
Whenever I've run into problems with suppliers, Mary from support has had my back. She's been a total rock, always stepping in with advice and a solution
My credit card has been charged for 493.00 and I did not sign up for anything. Contacted the company and have had no luck. Been dealing with the fraudulent charge since 11/4/2025. Total scam!!!!
got a cryptic email saying this company (doesn't name the company) is interested in my skills, as i "applied" for a previous job. no info. just a calendar invite for a job interview. it wasn't hard to find out that this is a scam after a little digging. don't know why these two men aren't locked up, but hopefully their time will come. :)
I responded to an ad on Craiglist, received confirmation of zoom meeting/interview. Once on the zoom call, there were 336 participants and all were told they would be hired the same day. Pre-requisite to being hired was to pay $97 for errors & omission insurance and then I would receive two emails immediately. I paid and then started googling the companies SVH Travel and BWJ Travel, once I read the exact same situation of others, I realized I had fallen for the scam. I immediately called my bank to dispute the charge of $97 and closed the card used to avoid any future charges.
Mary at BWJ support team is just superb. She is so prompt in responding and clearing any questions I have. She goes out of the way to help and gives advises. So glad to be working with her. She is always positive and always greets with a smile.
The training, support and income potential as an agent are incredible. I had a great experience with them so far.
I was nervous starting out, but the training was so good that I booked my first cruise within 30 days. The commissions are real and the clients keep coming back!
Man, I almost got scammed by these people too! Saw an ad on craigslist, then a calandly appointment. Then a Zoom call with 'founder' Jacob. Good schpeal, really had me going, so much money to be a concierge or whatever; but then they ask you to pay 97 dollars and I don't even know your company's name? Stalled and asked questions, then Jacob cracked and closed shop while I'm still writing him questions.
this company is a scam so please don't pay no money when you "so called" interview or sign up with them. They just want $97 monthly which they call the E&O protection and insurance fees.
Had a passport emergency before an international trip. My agent walked me through the entire process of getting an emergency renewal and even adjusted my flights. Best customer service ever.
Unlike other agencies that just sign you up and disappear, BWJ gives you real training, real leads and real income opportunities. I booked five trips my first month just from leads they provided!
I used to spend hours on Google trying to find the best rates. My BWJ agent finds better deals in minutes, plus gets me perks like free room upgrades and resort credits.
My flight to London got canceled at the airport. The airline told me there were no flights for two days. My BWJ agent found me a new flight in under an hour, got the airline to cover my hotel and scored me a seat upgrade.
The structure is simple: You get an email linking to a Calendly invite. Neither the email nor the invite have any information about the company. I got set up with "Mark, Co-founder" and found myself on a Zoom Call with over a hundred participants. All of us were muted except for "Mark." At the end of a long spiel in which "Mark" made sure to give a sufficiently large number of green flags, he invited all of us to cover our "agent certification and insurance fee" on a monthly basis, linking us to a website where we could wire payment. I took a moment to search them up and found account after account of people experiencing this scam from them or "SVH Travel." The moment I held a note up to the camera inviting my fellows to "try Googling BWJ Travel," I was booted from the call. Don't trust them.
I do BWJ part-time and still make $3K+ a month. The flexibility is perfect for me.
Because of my travel agent perks, I've been able to stay at five-star resorts for 80% off and get into exclusive tours for free. Best part? I make money while traveling.
It took me a year to get established, but now I have repeat clients and referrals. Last month, I cleared $9,000 in commission.
This is no a real agency, their real job is to scam people, this is their model of business: They are offering everyone a job as a traveler consultant, but at the last minute, the condition is that you must buy their Traveler Agent certificate for almost $100 per month. These people are hosting Zoom meetings with over 400 participants twice a day, almost 1000 candidates per week to become victims of them. The job offer is being promoted through Craigslist.
