I planned a surprise trip to Iceland to propose and BWJ helped arrange everything - even got us Northern Lights tours.

Mary has helped me fix more bookings than I can count. She's patient, fast and always comes through. Total lifesaver.
I used to think I didn't need a travel agent - until I tried BWJ. The time, stress and money they saved me is invaluable. I'll never book alone again.
There's no fluff with BWJ. They give you tools, training and leads. If you use them, you'll book. It's that simple.
I'm SOOOO Glad for TrustPilot! I just went through this "class". I noticed too many red flags. 1) Never called my name, even though I would answer first on many of the questions. 2) The background of the speaker was generated. This is HUGE red flag to me, he could be anywhere on Earth. I've taken many interviews in life, people usually don't like generated backgrounds, looks too fishy. 3) The other "people" were not real. They gave canned answers, without many misspellings too fast. Most people in chat rooms misspell a lot, and often. 4) Not once did he say "this is a commission job". The initial ad gave a dollar amount ($27/hr) - This was the bait. 5) Then the "boom" at the end. The "call to action", the link for the "Errors & Omissions Insurance" for a round $97/monthly. The page looked somewhat professional, but no contract, nothing was shown to me about a position being offered. And the best part? The "Jacob" character asks for the "Code Number" that would be generated after a person made the payment. Some came back within less then a minute. Some stated "they were looking for their wallet". This is the "FOMO to push" the unsuspecting viewer that sees others making the leap that they would want to make the leap too... But this was a room full of bots. Not people. It just was too good to be true. The "Jacob" character states that the first Year Average of the "Consultants" was $170k , and after Performance Review they give a 35% raise. From someone who knows numbers and how money works... I smelled the scam now. 6) Not ONCE did he mention the company name. My alarm bells went into overdrive from all of these points. While on the video call, I start doing some digging. "Jacob", BWJ Travel... Glendale, CA... Click around the site, some things are just off. And then I get to these reviews on TrustPilot. Thank you to everyone who left a post, I might not have been convinced this was scam in total without it. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I learned about this on FaceBook. FB, an American company is facilitating a employment scam. You can NOT trust the social media sites to vet their advertisers. They get paid to help scam the user, so its in their best interest to keep the scam running and alive. Be safe out there you all.
My very first client wanted a surprise trip for her fiancé. I booked it with help from BWJ's templates and supplier list. She cried when she saw the itinerary.
This company is a complete and total scam. This company is bwjagents, bwj travel, book with jacob. Webinar showed picture of building in LA. They also advertise in Glendale at 1731 Glenoaks Blvd and 468 Camden Drive, Beverly Hills. I sat through a 90 minutes presentation. They asked for $97.00 for travel agent certificate. Then I was asked to attend a second webinar for a company meeting. As it turns out this was a repeat of the 90 minute previous meeting. It is not live. I asked in the chat about their BBB rating and no one responded which was surprising. After playing further attention. It seems the folks listed in this webinar are not really there, just ghosts. I asked again about the possibility of this being a scam. It did not send up red flags to anyone in the webinar. My concerns were not addressed. Made report to BBB and will file complaints with other agencies. Please think twice about dealing with this company. They are asking for money monthly and you get nothing. They advertise $170,000 yearly salary. This is scam.
I left my 9-5 and now work full-time as a travel agent with BWJ. It was the best decision I've ever made.
Decided to take a quick solo trip to Miami. My BWJ agent found a beachfront hotel with a spa package 2 days before I left. Unreal deal.
So far so good. Leads are coming and I am looking forward to closing soon. The company is legit but average people look it at as a job This is an independent contractor business
Traveled with my two toddlers to Costa Rica. BWJ found kid-friendly resorts, arranged airport pickups and made it feel like a breeze.
My client called me a magician after I found her a dream resort on budget. Really, I just used the tools BWJ taught me.
I work another job full-time but book travel on the side with BWJ. Made $3,000 last month doing it part-time. So worth it.
BWJ booked our Alaska cruise and helped us get a room upgrad with a private balcony and VIP dinner package. Incredible value.
As someone who runs a blog, partnering with BWJ to include travel bookings opened up a fresh income stream. Within just a month, six of my followers had already used it to plan their trips.
My BWJ agent helped rebook my tour after I missed a connecting flight. She stayed on the phone with the tour company while I was in the air. Above and beyond.
Just joined a few days ago. So far the training is good. Im learning alot. I do want to clarify the $97 monthly cost is for Errors & Omission insurance. Had to have that also in my Life Insurance business. That is legit & Jacob explained this in the meeting. People saying “its a scam” based solely on this probably have never had to get E&O insurance ever before & don’t understand its purpose. Yes its monthly, as most insurance premiums are. Will give this 6 months before deciding if its worth it for me, but so far, so good. Only 3 stars bc I literally just started.
I've heard horror stories of host agencies that delay commissions or underpay. BWJ is the opposite-transparent, on time and they pay exactly what they promise.
Planned a destination wedding in Tuscany for a client and everything went flawlessly. BWJ handled logistics like pros.
Edwin and Jacob make you feel like you're part of something bigger. I never feel like I'm working alone and that's rare.
