I didn't get what I ordered

EMP goes outta their way for our business needs.

Ordered my book and it came in a timely manner. As far as I am concerned an excellent service.

I like the efficiency of your shipping. But you do not have selection or availability of products you've had in the past. That is disappointing 😞

No problem with product or EMP but the last three packages have been delivered severely damaged and barely sealed. FedEx has been the delivery service each time.

Ordered a Statpack from them that, in the heading, states clearly it includes the cells as seen here "StatPacks G3 Clinician Bag with Airway, Medicine, and IV Cells, Red" . When it arrived it did not have the cells. When you contact the company they quote a small line at the bottom of the page "contents not included" which could easily meant the contents of the cells. They only would take the return with a significant "restocking fee" deducted.

Fast shipping on original order. two items were back ordered no information given prior to them showing up backordered. then when they arrived, they were the wrong item EMP charging us $1000 for each item because of their screwup and then will credit it should’ve never happened in the first place.
