At least I started off our department’s new purchasing program on the wrong foot.
Supposed to receive our supplies on Thursday. It’s Monday afternoon and still haven’t received anything. Called and spoke to someone in customer service, gave them my number and was told she would call right back. This was about 5 hrs ago. Thinking I will be choosing another supplier for our fire department.
