My recent experience with HSBC Business Banking has been really good. In particular our business relations manager Gaynor Ross has been incredibly helpful and proactively reaching out to us about accounts and services we may or may not need. Gaynor is always responsive and able to support us in our business needs. Recently Gaynor has helped us navigate new business needs for our expanding staff team by helping us get approval to increase our Bacs limits on our account. Long may our relationship continue!

Advisers and customer support were great - friendly, helpful and efficient. The only aspect lacking was not having a clear link to applying for on-line banking.

Kalpana was professional, knowledgeable, and guided me clearly through each step of the application. All my queries were addressed promptly, and I felt reassured throughout the meeting.
