Building a new house the bank required a builders risk policy, something my insurance company does not offer. Fortunately I found Rhea Ramos at Farmer Brown who was outstanding in helping me through the process. I had lots of questions while being under pressure to get the policy ASAP. Rhea was great, very patient, and very businesslike in her timely communication and helping me to gather all the information that I needed. I am very a very satisfied customer.

Ask for Danny, if he's unavailable then he's worth the wait. I was very skeptical reading the other reviews before initiating conversation with Danny because there are honestly a ton of 4 and 5 star reviews happening frequently. I thought they were buying reviews but after about fifteen minutes of the online chat with Danny I was much less skeptical, and one email later I was satisfied. I've been working with Danny for two weeks now on getting everything figured out for my LLC insurance. He's patient and has a sense of humor, the top two qualities you want when looking for insurance. I don't think Danny knew what he was getting into when he was connected to me the first time for chat, but I hope to continue our partnership in working together and I look forward to working with him for future insurance inquires too. I'm already forgetting the anxiety I started with two weeks ago because I had no clue what I was trying to do or what I really needed and Danny was sure to explain what I needed and what was not necessary so in the end he saves me money doing that. Tell him the funny guy from Trustpilot sent you.

I have been in business for a couple years and have ran into so many problems with insurance. Finding the right policy, being able to obtain the right coverage, its overwhelming and if you have an insurance broker that doesn't know their products, you might as well give up. Renzo has been wonderful to work with and is very knowledgeable about his products. We are moving all of our business over to him and his group . Renzo moves at the speed of business .
