Repeated errors in info and data Poor follow up Agents actually lied about certain issues I raised Let policy lapse when I asked for renewal quotes Agency covered-up mistake rather than acknowledge the problem Agency owner finally mailed refund owed me yet did not acknowledge the agency problems. They got me a low-cost policy for one year but I went elsewhere, got a better price and FAR better customer service and honest agency behavior.

I had the best interaction with this company when building my home. Their service was fast, easy, and stress free.

Now that I have the best Ins agent that wrote my policy this year was 100 percent better than the last one because that agent failed to put in my policy a wind clause which cost me a lot of money out of my pocket from Hurricane Michael/ FEMA sucked also!!
