I've had no claims, so I can't rate that. Rhea Nies (Ramos) did a great job getting the policy set up & answering my questions. The only thing that was a bit of a difficulty was reaching her.

I have worked with Rhea for the last 4 years. When our business purchases new rehab properties, we can always rely on Rhea to get us a quick builders policy at a great price.

Ridiculously expensive

I don't see where there is much positive or negative about the experience. We simply log in and do what we need to do. To that end, everything is fine. On a separate note, it would be nice after I file for a given month if I could still use the calculator for our company (specifically) to get estimates for upcoming work. I tried to do so in July after I filed, but it wouldn't let me. Just two cents. Thanks.

I needed builders insurance for new construction, and it needed it quickly. Angel N. was professional, informative, and provided excellent customer service. Angel discussed my particularity needs and very quickly provided quotes from two underwriters. He clearly and concisely answered all of my questions about the quotes. Lastly it took minutes to process the quote I selected and only a few hours until I received my COI and final policy. Angel was outstanding!!
