This experience has been very good with each aspect of the business handling all the necessary requirements to put the policy in place. The service has been professional, responsive, and personable. The product knowledge and handling of the specific needs of the project has been adequately addressed as each concern was met with a timely solution. Not much more could be asked of an insurance provider.

The experience was very good with Farmer Brown Agency and with the insurer. We did loose some tools due to vandalism and were not able to file a claim for that, we were not aware that it did not cover vandalism. That was our only concern.

I was unhappy with my local insurance agent who seemed to be the only game in town for General Contractors but I was hesitant to do an online search for fear of losing the personal touch and quality service. When I finally googled "Contractors Liability Insurance" and Farmer Brown came up I was delighted to see an A+ rating from BBB. I was even more delighted with the low cost of the quote and the speed with which they got it to me. My agent was extremely diligent and courteous and within hours I had a new policy in place that provided the same coverage I had before but for a lot less money. The next day my local building departments were sent my new COI and I was all set. I highly recommend Farmer Brown Insurance Agency.
