Complete shambles
Complete shambles! Please don’t use them if you’re a construction/development company. Waited 2 weeks for an update on my delivery, no update, no emails, called them twice, waited 30 minutes to speak each time, taking 30 minutes out of the work day. Will never use these people again and would strongly advise nobody else uses them.

I recently purchased some Dewalt tools on promotion from Builders Superstore and I have to say I was really impressed with my experience. The pricing was very competitive, and I was able to get a great deal on the tools I needed. What really made the experience great was the exceptional customer service provided by Ash Finney. Ash was incredibly knowledgeable about the tools and was able to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and took the time to understand my needs and recommend the right tools for me. Overall, I would highly recommend Builders Superstore to anyone in the market for tools or other construction-related products. The pricing is great and the customer service is top-notch. If you're lucky enough to work with Ash, you'll be in great hands!

Had a problem with a part that got…
Had a problem with a part that got delivered broken. The customer service was absolutely useless. Between them all they don't know what they are doing. It took 3 phone calls and me to get a bit narkey to finally get an issue resolved which should have been very easy to sort if they were competent.

Absolutely shocking after sales service…
Absolutely shocking after sales service ,I spent £109.00 on snickers floorlayers trousers and after 5 weeks the stitching on the knees came away ,I contacted builders superstore and after a week of waiting for a courier to collect, they never arrived 🤬 spoke to someone called Michelle who,tbh was less than helpful, i wont be using again. Dreadfull service

Faulty trousers No company not resolving
Purchased trousers on the 8th March 3 weeks in and they have ripped . Tried to get this resolved no reply on three weeks they have chose to ignore all contact we are left with two pairs of faulty snickers trousers not fit for purpose. STAY WELL CLEAR . Shocking that you pay over £154 and no back up from this company
