Complete shambles
Complete shambles! Please don’t use them if you’re a construction/development company. Waited 2 weeks for an update on my delivery, no update, no emails, called them twice, waited 30 minutes to speak each time, taking 30 minutes out of the work day. Will never use these people again and would strongly advise nobody else uses them.

Purchased a PIV Unit
Purchased a PIV Unit. Arrived promptly but when checking the unit I discovered the cover was marked. Promptly contacted via email with the very low expectations of a replacement cover being sent ASAP. Now chased on three occasions without reply, fortunately paid via credit provider do if no responce shortly will raise a dispute. Can’t currently recommend this company.

Sales. Mascot trousers
Has to be the worse internet trading company I’ve ever dealt with. One pair of mascot work trousers has taken 5 weeks and still haven’t arrived. 17 days to get the first pair which I ordered too small I then had to pay £12 to return them. I’m still waiting on the return pair now going into 5 weeks and I had to pay another £6 to get them sent out to me. Never encountered such terrible service 1 star is too much.

Paul did a fantastic detailed days training on all types of damp penetration, dry rot, wet and condensation issues. Every thing was explained in a professional detailed manner from diagnosis to prevention and cures. Plenty of questions and answers during the course of the day too. I would recommend this course to all builders and landlords respectfully. Well done 👏🏻
