I wanted to order a discounted item. Before payment the discount was gone. I was told that the item might be already sold and it was a technical issue. However, after days the item is still for sale at the regular price and I haven't received any further reply to my inquiries.

Purchased an Yve Saint Laurent lou lou small from Brown's, and it was delievered in perfect condition, the packaging to keep the bag in good condition I couldn't fault it , and the offer for this piece was just amazing , delivery was express and arrived within 48 hours. Horrible experience. I ordered a dress from this site on the 15th of May and paid for express shipping. 6 days later my order still wasn’t shipped. I called and asked for my order to be cancelled. My order was cancelled 4 days ago and up until now I haven’t received a confirmation of refund. I have called over 4 times and I keep hearing the same silly excuses. Please refund my money. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a fraudulent experience. How can you cancel my order and hold on to my money?

Ordered 19-69 rainbow bar perfume fir my wife's birthday but wrong perfume was delivered even though packaging showed the right product. Raised issue by email with photos, but no response until I called the customer services. After 3 working days they are still looking into the return process and refund as they don't accept returns on perfume. No further help despite several follow up calls and emails. I had to get actual perfume from another store for my wife's birthday and still no word on when I'll get a refund for their mistake, even though I'm well with rights of my consumer rights on distance selling.

My package arrived very quickly. The product was exactly as described and I am pleased.

I have been shopping online at Browns now for the past few years and have been extremely impressed with the spectrum of designers, the prices and the quality of service. More recently, I have been connected with a personal shopper who has helped me find items of interest. Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting the Brown's Brook Street store and meet with Ermes, my personal shopper, in person. The visit far, far exceeded my already high expections. So welcoming, non- forced and carefully curated clothes. Ermes and all at Browns went far out of their way to make the experience memorable. The items I purchased were exceptional, fit, quality and uniqueness.

Fraudsters. After purchasing - pair of shoes through them that became faulty through Farfetch they refused to assist, even though being the ones to reject the claim. PATHETIC.

I was shopping for really good quality and cute gym wear for my twin sister and Browns had such cool stuff: swaty betty, adidas by stella mcartney etc. It all came super fast to Lisbon and beautifully packaged. They even sent out a lovely soft black branded dustbag.

I have been searching for this perfume for about 3 years with no joy and there it was on your site at the same price as I last bought it.It arrived quickly and I am delighted to have my "old friend"back.Only one criticism- too much packaging, but this seems to be normal with most companies
