British Gas Engineer came to service our boiler. Was very helpful. He called before arriving which meant we didn’t need to stay in all day. Very clean and tidy. Excellent service.

set BW legal on me to chase a debt that I do not owe....stress beyond belief, impossible to talk to. I provide date stamped meter reading photos, and they are ignored

Always prompt and courteous service and the mobile team truly reflect that aspiration too.
We have had loads of builders, delivery guys and technician come through our door and they have been OK. Then you get a guy like Curtis... 1. Clean and smart with his appearance and clothes 2. Knowledgeable 3. Explained in depth what is happening with our boiler 4. Answered all our questions thoroughly 5. Cleaned after himself and left the place the way he found it 6. Most importantly he was polite and courteous Now to us that is exceptionally good service NB He also added a product to help with our radiators. Good salesman.

Was asked to give my meter reading By txt tried to txt through not able to give my account details so tried to ring my meter reading what a joke ALL WANTED TO DO WAS SEND READINGS
Moved to this property 1year ago. Solar panels here registered with BG. I had to get the solar energy registered in my name. It took ages. Back and forth emails but got there. The problem is that I want to switch from BG to the providers of my gas and electricity. BG have agreed that I can leave. I have sent them all the info and readings they have asked for. Some at least more than once. Now they say it's up to the company I'm switching to to give them the info they require to move on. New company assures me they have. Customer services send me round in circles. Trying to make a complaint also sends me round in circles. It's just not possible to make a complaint. Each time now, if I get a response, it's an unhelpful one. I've tried both Facebook and X URLs you gave me to send a private message, and neither get me anywhere. This is the problem with BG. They are impossible to have sensible communication with.
