Moved to this property 1year ago. Solar panels here registered with BG. I had to get the solar energy registered in my name. It took ages. Back and forth emails but got there. The problem is that I want to switch from BG to the providers of my gas and electricity. BG have agreed that I can leave. I have sent them all the info and readings they have asked for. Some at least more than once. Now they say it's up to the company I'm switching to to give them the info they require to move on. New company assures me they have. Customer services send me round in circles. Trying to make a complaint also sends me round in circles. It's just not possible to make a complaint. Each time now, if I get a response, it's an unhelpful one. I've tried both Facebook and X URLs you gave me to send a private message, and neither get me anywhere. This is the problem with BG. They are impossible to have sensible communication with.
