Sold despite Covid19.

Brad was honest which is what we value most. He gave us a realistic estimate of our property's probable sale price, alerting us to the fact that during this difficult time of Covid19 there was likely to be lower offers. There was no pressure from him at any time. He worked extremely hard and there were many inspections. Eventually the right buyer came along and although we settled for less than the desired amount, we are not dissappointed. We dealt primarily with Brad and found him personable and encouraging and committed. Happy to deal with him again and refer him to others.
