my phone has not worked at home since i got it,have talked to 5 different people on land line I cant understand what they are saying, hjave wated 2 times 15 min and 1 time 30 min, that didnt work, when i try ro call out it says i can only make emergency call, i dont have a network. Call me 5419273143 so we can get this right.
They were rude and disrespectful

He kept me updated on his return from Birmingham and let us know almost to the second of his arrival! If and when we may need a service representative, we both pray that Reggie is still with Boost! He seemed to love what he does! A huge PLUS for Boost and for the customers!!
Do not do business with them. They cancel your orders without your knowledge and refuse to give back a refund even after multiple calls and supervisor escalation. That's basically stealing money.
Took care Bin my switch from straight talk to boost and helped me with my issue of getting connected right away.
I learned about Boost Mobile when I called in to Dish customer service. I was not happy with my cell phone provider, Verizon. The activation process was easy and the Boost representative was patient and kind.
The service isn’t great around the area. I was driving to the doctors in Morrisville and had to let them know. I was running late and I had no service to call them.
Great guy! Personable and took the time to answer all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable about my decision to switch providers

I went to the Boost Mobile in Niles Ohio a few weeks ago to get a phone to travel international to Scotland on August 28,2025. I repeated a few times to the agent for her to understand this is the only reason fir this phone as I use T Mobile. She made a call to someone for verification of my concerns. She said I needed the $50 one to work. Needless to say, I traveled to Scotland as nothing worked, no texting, calling or internet. I called booste Mobile spent over total of 6 hours on the phone with them. Tranfered several times, cost me additional $20 for international roaming. Each time I was told it will be fixed. I had to wait 30 mins then restart my phone.
The issue was resolved successfully, and in an acceptable period of time. You do need to improve the telephone connections for better sound.
I really enjoy using the service it works places Verizon won't and faster
I ordered online and was supposed to be sent a SIM card in 3 to 5 days. I didn’t receive it until over a month later because boost sent the sim to the wrong address and a neighbor who doesn’t know me took a month to find me and give it to me. I called in for the first time for activation and the rep told me she couldn’t complete my activation because something was wrong with their system. I waited a couple of days and called back. I tried again and T mobile was taking all day to give me my pin again. I asked the rep some questions about if I started the service without my original phone number what would happen. She told me that if I did I would have to wait for another sim so I told her I would just wait until T-Mobile contacted me back with the information. As soon as I got the information I was ready and called back. Well the rep that I spoke to took it upon herself to activate the sim and now I had to wait for another one in which I didn’t want to do that. Needless to say I decided not to do business with Boost due to their rep’s deceit. And then because of what happened I wanted my money back I paid and they were like we can’t give it to you. Also I had a card on file for Boost to charge monthly and was told by the manager they would remove it. I knew it was too good to be true and sure enough the next month they tried to charge my card. Luckily I had lost that card and needed a replacement because they would have been to trying to charge me for a service I didn’t have. I am not going to use Boost anymore but I wish anyone good luck who does.
He was on time, courteous, & very knowledgeable.

new boost android comes filled with adds that totally interfere with normal operations popups make it impossible to have the wifi on took me 2 days to figure out what was the problem and turn it off and i am unable to use wifi
