Unapologetically Dissatisfied
I ordered online and was supposed to be sent a SIM card in 3 to 5 days. I didn’t receive it until over a month later because boost sent the sim to the wrong address and a neighbor who doesn’t know me took a month to find me and give it to me. I called in for the first time for activation and the rep told me she couldn’t complete my activation because something was wrong with their system. I waited a couple of days and called back. I tried again and T mobile was taking all day to give me my pin again. I asked the rep some questions about if I started the service without my original phone number what would happen. She told me that if I did I would have to wait for another sim so I told her I would just wait until T-Mobile contacted me back with the information. As soon as I got the information I was ready and called back. Well the rep that I spoke to took it upon herself to activate the sim and now I had to wait for another one in which I didn’t want to do that. Needless to say I decided not to do business with Boost due to their rep’s deceit. And then because of what happened I wanted my money back I paid and they were like we can’t give it to you. Also I had a card on file for Boost to charge monthly and was told by the manager they would remove it. I knew it was too good to be true and sure enough the next month they tried to charge my card. Luckily I had lost that card and needed a replacement because they would have been to trying to charge me for a service I didn’t have. I am not going to use Boost anymore but I wish anyone good luck who does.
