Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

Scammers

Scammers. No response to request for refund in line with their policy if no test found. All messages and email totally ignored for over three weeks. Have had to resort going to Advertising Standards Authority to report them as con-artists. Most people would not bother for £20, but they must be raking it in for doing nothing.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money! Useless site, their bot doesn’t work. Doing it manually on cancellation sites is faster than this. Asked for a refund because I manually changed my test and the site didn’t update my new test centre or date until I told them I wanted a refund a week later. Then they decided to do something and find me a test in a test centre miles away which I didn’t want because I was happy with my test as it was, instead of giving me a refund like I asked. Still haven’t gotten a refund. Their customer service is non existent. For a site claiming to have 18,000+ 5 star reviews, there’s only 3 apparent ‘people’ on the customer service team, and they rarely reply or reply with copy pasted answers. Absolute scam. Don’t waste your money. — Editing after their reply. The notification service is irrelevant because clearly in my review I was using the auto booking service. It’s also funny that you don’t mention anything to do with the customer service aspect of my review, which was the main grievance. I just found it weird that your so called ‘automatic’ booking bot didn’t automatically update my details after I manually changed my test date, and the details were only updated after I put in a message with customer service. Also the booking bot wasn’t even displaying the available slots that I know were available because I was using other services.

Great service

Great service. They booked me immediately and earliest possible when the slot opened up. I had several inquiry and the customer support is very accommodating. Their plans are cheaper compared to others but with superb service. I would recommend it to anybody who are looking for an earlier slot for their driving test.

DO NOT USE. SCAM

I have been searching for an earlier test date for weeks, and nothing has come up… when the page shows that there are tests available, you click on the link and there isn’t… I’m writing this on 02/02/25, and it is currently showing available tests for 29/01/25… do they expect me to travel back in time? What a waste of time and money.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, first they call and assure you 100% test booking and give you confidence with money back guaranteed and costumer services which is just through mails, I have been contacting them for couple of days now but didn’t hear anything back from them. Feel completely shattered. Don’t waste your money with them by looking at good reviews I think they have hired people to leave good reviews they are not genuine.
