Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money! Useless site, their bot doesn’t work. Doing it manually on cancellation sites is faster than this. Asked for a refund because I manually changed my test and the site didn’t update my new test centre or date until I told them I wanted a refund a week later. Then they decided to do something and find me a test in a test centre miles away which I didn’t want because I was happy with my test as it was, instead of giving me a refund like I asked. Still haven’t gotten a refund. Their customer service is non existent. For a site claiming to have 18,000+ 5 star reviews, there’s only 3 apparent ‘people’ on the customer service team, and they rarely reply or reply with copy pasted answers. Absolute scam. Don’t waste your money. — Editing after their reply. The notification service is irrelevant because clearly in my review I was using the auto booking service. It’s also funny that you don’t mention anything to do with the customer service aspect of my review, which was the main grievance. I just found it weird that your so called ‘automatic’ booking bot didn’t automatically update my details after I manually changed my test date, and the details were only updated after I put in a message with customer service. Also the booking bot wasn’t even displaying the available slots that I know were available because I was using other services.
