Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

The lady that helped me was absolutely kind and she assisted me with all I asked.I did my driving test in which I failed but Meliha who called me back was extremely kind to the point of giving me another opportunity for free without having to pay and wait for a longer period that other people I see are going through.I will be referring people as this saves so much time.Thank you so much Meliha

scammers. tests appear but there not clickable, contact/privacy/terms links on their website do not work. found a way to contact them and still no reply. reported to trading standards for not having registered address, contact info and reported to information commissioner for zero GDPR.

SCAMMERS. Do not part with any money.

SCAM.. it's as simple as that. They take your £19, send you an email saying they have found a test date and it simply directs you to the Gov website showing no tests available for 6 months. Then when you try and contact them you cannot. They say they have a chat link on their website, there isn't one. I must assume that all the positive reviews are fake, written by people part of the scam.

Scammers

Scammers They charged me before finding any booking available where in their website says only pays if found a booking. I sent an email to them to ask for refund, they replied saying I am paying the basic offer. There is no phone number to contact them, they don’t reply my emails anymore.

This service was a lifesaver

This service was a lifesaver! I had already failed my test once and felt hopeless when I saw the next available test was months away. Thanks to this, I secured a test within two weeks! The notifications were quick, and the automatic rebooking feature worked perfectly. My only complaint is that I wish they also sent text alerts instead of just emails.

This website is fraud. I pay 49£ they call me and said we will find time slot within a month but they didn’t find time slot.live support said we will refund you within 14 days. I never get my money back. Don’t register

Scammers, everything is fake

I just subscribed their mail list. They started to sent me random 'available dates' but when I reach the booking page maybe in 10 seconds, I never saw these dates. I google searched about the images that they used in their website, these all marketing people where I saw same logic videos for different sites from same people. Live supports is never live and they never reply your message or mails. Stay away! Edit: After I said that I saw 'same people' advertising for different brands for the same angle, same clothing etc. They removed all of videos and now they seem that they updated with new videos. This should give some idea to users, also they updated their comment to this post. They never said anything about these people. They just talk long below but never give trust.
