Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

Scam

Scam I purchased the Book a Driving Test premium subscription for £19, thinking it would help me secure a driving test faster. What they don’t make clear until after you pay is that you have to spend another £40 to actually get tests auto-booked — something that should’ve been obvious upfront. I realized this right after purchasing and immediately requested a refund the same day. They ignored my email for 3 days, then conveniently sent a “notification” the same day they finally replied, just so they could say I was no longer eligible for a refund based on their policy. Funny enough, the “notification” was completely useless and didn’t work anyway. I clearly explained that I asked for a refund before any notifications were sent, but they still refused. Their customer service was dismissive, and their refund policy feels like a trap. Bottom line: the service doesn’t do what it promises, the extra fees are hidden, and their refund policy is designed to avoid accountability. Feels like a scam — avoid at all costs!

SCAM STAY AWAY

I paid the £19 upfront after reading reviews which mostly said were okay and so I went ahead and got it. I recieved notifcations of tests and clicked on them immediately but obviously it didn't work. It is a scam and I contacted their customer service asking for a refund and they said because I recieved notifcations from them about tests, I am no longer eligible for a refund?! How does this work! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

SCAM

I should've looked into this more before paying the upfront £19 - the decent reviews all look like bots plus the actual alerts they send just bring you to the DVSA portal where it shows theres no actual availabilities, left with completely false hope. Also, I was given an offer for 70% off (which I have screenshot proof of) which I wasn't even given. It's frustrated me enough to send an email for a refund, but I can already tell I'm not going to get a reply, what a waste of time and good money. It should be criminal to exploit young drivers unable to find a test by filling them with false hope and scamming them out of their hard earned money. Id say worse if I could on here, absolute let down and absolutely scandalous (just like the rest of the "driving test black market" at the moment).
